Snap The Gadget will provide 100% refund of the product value or replace the item if one of the following circumstances occurs.

  1. Irreparable damage during shipping
  2. Lost or stolen goods during shipping
  3. Incorrect item shipped

Snap The Gadget will not be responsible for providing a refund or replacement item once the item has been received by the customer and 5 business days have passed without occurrence or notification.
